Deed / History: Donated 2012 by Larry O'Brien to recognize Dr. John Mendenhall, a member of our club since the 1930s when John, his brother Tom and a friend, Lu “June” Hanks began racing E-Scows. His series of “Pretzels” were fierce competitors and frequently fleet champions. When he retired from E-boats, he purchased “Annie Allen” a Kirby 25.
